Check-in & Check-out Timings:
Standard check-in time is 4:00- 7:00PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability, and incurs an additional charge of 100 aed per hour.

Kindly note that a late check-in fee of AED 100 will be applicable for check-ins after 7 PM.

Guest Registration:
We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48 hours before registering your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on time.

Penalties:
· 150 AED penalty for losing the key card
· 300 AED penalty for losing the access card
· 300 AED penalty for losing the parking card
