Check-in & Check-out Timings:
Standard check-in time is 4:00- 7:00PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability, and incurs an additional charge of 100 aed per hour.

Guest Registration:
For security and registration purposes, we require a copy of the passport (or Emirates ID) for all guests and visitors at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. Failure to provide these documents on time may result in delays or inability to check in.

300 AED for lost parking cards
